She shuddered against him, hints of a moan escaping with rushed breath. He never would have guessed the night would end up this way, with Harlow trapped between him and Dixon, giving in to need and forgetting the reason for the dinner.

He’d half-expected another drink down Dixon’s pants or for her to not show up at all. Never did he anticipate this. With one hand, Foster searched for the zipper to her dress, fingers landing on the little tab before sliding it down the length of Harlow’s back.

Before she could protest, he shoved it off her shoulders, the black fabric landing in a whoosh at their feet.

“What if someone comes up?” Her voice warbled with fear and Foster reached for her, dragging her lips back for a kiss while Dixon ran his hands up her back.

“I’ve reserved the whole night. No one’s coming up.” Dixon reached around her front, hand diving between Harlow’s legs as Foster leaned back. Fuck, it was sexy.

Watching Harlow shake and tremble as another man stroked her pussy turned Foster on like nothing he’d ever seen. His cock strained against his jeans and he wrenched the button free, desperate for some relief.

Harlow moaned and Foster shoved his jeans and boxers down, his dick bouncing in the cool air before he grabbed it, stroking long and slow. He matched Dixon’s movements, stroking in time to Dixon’s fingers against Harlow’s clit, but it wasn’t enough.

“Take off your panties. I want to watch Dixon make you come.”

Harlow fluttered her eyes open, the pupils exploding in surprise as she stared at his hand and cock. Her tongue darted out, running a trail across her lower lip, and Foster smiled. “See something you like?”

She bit her lip and reached for him, fingers brushing over his shaft, but Foster grabbed her wrist. “No. You don’t get this until you come all over Dixon’s hand. Now strip. Bra, too.”

With her gaze still fixed on his cock, Harlow obeyed, unclasping her bra before tugging it off her shoulders. Jesus, those tits. Full and round with fat little nipples begging for his lips.

Foster’s dick hardened even more and he bit back a groan. “Panties, please.”

Harlow hesitated long enough for Dixon to lose patience. He grabbed the black lace in both hands and yanked her panties to the floor. “Now turn around. I want to see you.”

She did his bidding, spinning around in nothing but a pair of black pumps. Dixon cursed loud enough for Foster to hear and it made him smile. Her ass was as good as her tits. So damn round and lush, he couldn’t wait to spank her and watch her flesh ripple forward and back.

The way she’d bounce on top of him, riding his cock as she got him off… Christ. He grabbed her by the arm and turned her back toward him. “Get her off, Dixon. I want to watch her face as she comes.”

  “My pleasure.”

Dixon reached for Harlow, crowding close behind her as he shoved his hand back between her legs. She moaned and Dixon reached around for a breast, tweaking a nipple with one hand while his other worked her pussy.

“Fuck, you’re wet. I can’t wait to be inside you.”

Harlow panted and moaned, her hands running through her own hair and down her body while Dixon brought her close to climax. “I want that, too. Oh…” Her words trailed off, her mouth contorted, and Harlow came.

Over and over she shook with her release, trembling not from the night air, but from Dixon’s touch. Foster almost came just watching her. It was glorious. She was incredible and unlike any woman he’d ever been with. So prim and proper with all her clothes on. So wanton and free naked.

He reached into his pocket and fished out a condom, tearing it open and rolling it down the length of his cock as Dixon pulled his hand free.

“So fucking sweet. You should taste her, Foster. She’s delicious.”

Foster reached for Harlow, picking her up by the waist and wrapping her legs around his middle. “I will. But right now she gets what she asked for.” In a single thrust, he claimed her, filling up her tight channel and making her cry out in a rush of pleasure.

She grabbed his shoulders, holding on as he found his rhythm. Up and down she rocked on his dick, Foster controlling his depth and speed with his hands beneath her thighs. He was never going to last.

He came in a grunt, emptying into the condom as Harlow moaned in satisfaction. It was over too soon.

  HARLOW

Oh my God. She’d gone from clothed and chilly to naked and covered in sex and sweat in a matter of minutes. Harlow lolled on Foster’s shoulder, still reeling from the orgasm and not ready for the night to end.

Dixon spoke up from behind her. “You still want us both?”

  She nodded without hesitation. “Yes.”

“Then get down and bend over.”

Foster set her on the ground, his cock sliding out of her with a slick pop. She still wanted to touch him, feel his thick shaft between her fingers, taste his cum as it oozed from his tip.

He tugged off the condom and tossed it in the trash and Harlow seized the opportunity, wrapping her fingers around his softening shaft as she bent over for Dixon. It was scandalous and reckless and so damn dirty. But Harlow didn’t care. Not in that moment. Not when Dixon was about to fill her up.

She brought her fingers to her lips, lapping up Foster’s seed as Dixon came up behind her. She’d never even seen his cock. Was he thick and solid like Foster or short and thin? He palmed her hips and his tip nudged at her entrance.

  One way to find out.

Condom on, he entered her in a slow glide, spreading her swollen folds and nudging deeper than Foster. Oh, my. Both men were hung, but at this angle, with her upper body canted, Dixon reached parts of her a man hadn’t touched in years.

“Hard, Dixon. I want it hard.” Harlow reached for Foster, bracing herself with her palms on his chest as Dixon took over.

He pulled back and slammed into her with so much force she cried out, eyes going wide as she stared up at Foster’s face.

  Perfect.

Again and again Dixon claimed her, her slick channel gripping his shaft as he pulled back with every stroke. Harlow shook, fingers digging into Foster’s chest, and he edged closer, body brushing against her tits as he reached between her legs.

“Come for us, Harlow. Come while Dixon’s inside you.” He found her clit, his thick fingers tight between her folds. Foster stroked in tight little circles, bumping Dixon’s shaft as he worked her into another orgasm.

Harlow grabbed ahold of his T-shirt, fingers twisting in the fabric as she held on. They were taking her places she’d forgotten existed. Foster and Dixon were awakening that part of her she’d given up on years ago. The part that needed lust and love and a night full of orgasms.

Dixon groaned behind her and his dick pulsed as he released. Harlow couldn’t hold back. She came with him, crying out in bliss. She sagged against Foster’s chest and Dixon wrapped an arm around her middle, deep ragged breaths pressing his chest into her back.

After a moment, he kissed her shoulder. “How about we have round two in bed?”

Harlow smiled through the haze. “I like the sound of that.”

  Chapter 9

  HARLOW

The door to the law office opened and a very sleepy Maddie squinted and rubbed at her face. “Harlow?” She shook her head. “What the hell are you doing here, and why do you look like a college girl on the walk of shame back to her dorm?”

Harlow glanced down at her bare feet and wrinkled black dress. Maddie had a point. Maybe waking up before the sun streamed into the floor-to-ceiling windows in Dixon’s bedroom, hopping in her car, and driving straight to Clark and Mitch’s place in the country wasn’t the best idea.

But her best friend was there, and Harlow needed a good hug and a lot of coffee. Really fucking strong coffee.

“Do I get to come in, or should I regale the rooster I saw a mile back with my tales of debauchery and woe?”

“There’s debauchery involved? Why didn’t you say so?” Maddie opened the door wider. “The
coffee’s set to brew; just hit the button. Let me put on something other than Mitch’s robe and I’ll meet you in the kitchen.”

Maddie ushered Harlow in before disappearing. Harlow made her way down the hall. In the months since Maddie started dating Clark and Mitch, she’d turned the abandoned home into a combination law office and house.

Her interior design never looked better. Pale yellow wallpaper lined the hall and a soft cream rug ran down the center, exposing the original heart pine floors on the sides. Photos of Clark and Mitch and Maddie all as kids lined the walls. Three people who came from different places all finding love in that farmhouse in the country.

Harlow exhaled. Somehow she didn’t think her crazy threesome would end up the same way.

The promise of coffee brought her straight into the wide kitchen with its light blue clapboard walls and white cabinets. An oversized sink sat under the window into the backyard, and in the morning light the grass beyond sparkled with dew.

Chicago seemed a million miles away. So far, Harlow could almost forget the taste of Foster’s lips and the tight grip of Dixon’s fingers on her hip.

She turned on the coffee and eased a mug off the shelf above the coffee pot before leaning back on the counter to wait. As the coffee finished brewing, Maddie breezed into the kitchen.

“Good, you’ve found the coffee. Pour me a cup, too, please.”

Harlow poured two mugs and held one out with a smile. “You’ve really outdone yourself here, Maddie. The whole place is beautiful.”

Maddie smiled. “Wait until I show you my office. I’ve just finished redoing this little shed out back. Mitch even had it wired with internet and everything. I can work out there and not get in the way of the law office or procrastinate by cooking.”

“Sounds like you have everything all figured out.” Harlow picked a piece of lint off her dress with a frown. Was she the only one who felt like the world took her on a ride and she just went along?

“Don’t get all down on yourself. Sit and tell me why you look like a bad sitcom moment.”

Harlow pulled out a chair and sat down as Maddie did the same. Might as well start from the beginning. “I got an offer to sell Crane Matchmaking.”

Maddie stopped blowing on the top of her coffee long enough to scrunch her brows. “And you celebrated by throwing back one too many at your alma mater?”

“Funny.” Harlow crossed her legs. There wasn’t an easy way to admit all the sordid details, but if anyone would understand, it would be Maddie. “I might have hooked up with the prospective buyers.”

Maddie slapped the table. “Oh my God. Are you telling me Harlow Crane finally got some? Wait… buyers? As in plural?”

Harlow blew out a puff of breath. “Yep. Foster Mackenzie and Dixon Swift. The co-owners of MacSwift Development.”

“So you… met them each over the weekend? Had consecutive dates? Help me out here. A girl needs details if she’s going to give advice this early on a Saturday.”

Harlow glanced up. “As in I met them both at Dixon’s apartment on the Gold Coast, turned down their offer, and screwed them on the veranda overlooking Lake Michigan.”

As soon as the words tumbled out, Harlow sank down in the chair. “Come on, give me the lecture. I know I deserve it.”

Maddie sipped her coffee in silence for a few moments before answering. “An apartment on the Gold Coast, huh? Did it have a good view?”

  “You’re not lecturing me?”

  “Nope.”

“Why not? I just confessed to doing the naked mambo with two guys I don’t even know and you don’t have anything to say?”

Maddie raised an eyebrow. “You didn’t really dance the mambo naked, did you? Because if you’re taking up naked ballroom dancing, then yes, I have something to say.”

Harlow laughed and all the tension she’d been holding inside came out in a rush. “The view was incredible. Like the Hancock Building, only better.”

Maddie pulled her legs up under her and flashed a smile. “Tell me more. I want all the details. Paint, flooring, couches, everything.”

  “What about the guys?”

“We’ll get to them. First I want the good stuff.”

An hour and a pot of coffee later, Maddie had the whole story. From the leather Chesterfield to the best sex of Harlow’s life almost fifty floors above Lake Michigan, she’d shared every little detail.

“Wow. I don’t know what to say.”

Footsteps sounded on the wood and Clark Hill appeared in the kitchen, looking as handsome as ever. His black hair stuck up all over and from the dark circles under his eyes, it looked like Harlow wasn’t the only one who had a late night.

“If Maddie is speechless, then you either did something amazing or royally fucked up.”

Harlow groaned. “Good morning to you, too, Clark.”

He checked his watch. “On the weekend, morning isn’t for another hour at least.”

“Harlow’s freaked out because she had hot and nasty sex with two guys last night.”

“Maddie!” Harlow sloshed her coffee as she hollered.

Her best friend shrugged. “What? It’s the truth.”

“Was it good?” Clark poured himself a mug and leaned against the counter, his ass resting on the granite edge.

Harlow hoped her face didn’t look as hot as it felt.

“From those cheeks, I’d say so.” Clark raised his mug in a toast. “Here’s to another happy two-dude, one-chick romance. May you find happiness in a California king mattress and an extra-large shower.”

Harlow pressed her fingers to her forehead. “Why did I come here again?”

“To lighten up, take a breath, and figure out what to do next.”

“And that’s my cue.” Clark pushed off the counter and bent to give Maddie a kiss. “Always nice to see you, Harlow.”

  “And tease me, too, right?”

Clark merely smiled as he disappeared down the hall.

Harlow leaned over and hissed at Maddie. “I can’t believe you told him about last night!”

Maddie waved her off. “It’s not like he’s not going to find out. You haven’t been out here in months and never in last night’s party dress. He knew something was up the minute you pulled into the drive.”

Harlow exhaled. “What the hell am I going to do?”

  “That’s easy. Both of them.”

  “Be serious.”

“I am! You said it yourself. You like them both and can’t choose. So don’t. Date them both. It should be a hell of a lot easier than I had it. They already work at the same company.”

Harlow laughed in frustration. “I’ve created a monster.”

“No, you made your best friend very, very happy. It’s time you had a taste of it, too.”

For all of her protests to the contrary, part of Harlow hoped Maddie was right. She did like Foster and Dixon. Even before they fell into bed together and had the most unbelievable night, a part of her had hoped there could be more.

She wanted to learn all about the two of them, how they worked together, why they were friends, what they each wanted in a woman. Based on the way they stared at her last night like she was the only woman on their minds, she hoped—however irrationally—that it might be her.

Now I’m just being crazy. She stood up and made her way over to the coffee pot. “For all I know, they’re thankful I’m gone and will never call me again.”

Just as Maddie opened her mouth to respond, the doorbell rang. She frowned and glanced at the hall. “Now what?” She stood up and made her way down the hall and Harlow poked her head around the door frame.

Maddie pulled open the front door, but from her position, Harlow couldn’t see. After a moment, Maddie held her arm out to usher someone in. Harlow’s eyes went wide and she ducked back out of sight.

Oh my God. It can’t be.

Maddie appeared in the kitchen a moment later with a surprised grin plastered ear-to-ear. “Looks like your answer has just arrived
.”

“Please tell me that’s not who I think it is.”

“Do you want me to tell him to leave?”

Harlow glanced down at her wrinkled dress from the night before. “No?”

“Good. Because I would have said no. Foster Mackenzie is seriously hot. Now run up the back stairs and hop in the guest shower. I’ll find you something to wear.”

  Chapter 10

  FOSTER

It had been years since Foster ventured outside the heart of the city. The Hill and Hill law firm was way, way outside. He ran a hand over his head and exhaled.

He didn’t even know why he was there. But after waking up to find Harlow gone and a hastily-scribbled note with the law firm’s address on it, he moved on autopilot. He’d thrown on clothes, splashed water on his face, and ran out the door before Dixon even had a chance to roll over.

The night before still stood out fresh in his mind. Harlow’s body and how well it fit against his, her cries of pleasure, the smiles and hesitations and look in her eyes. The three of them managed to give in to a million different fantasies without it being awkward or contrived.

Foster stared up at a photo that must have been the grand opening of the firm. Two men—he assumed the Hill and Hill in question—and a woman all stood in the front, beaming like kids about to pillage a candy store.

Harlow had told him about her best friend and the two lawyers she’d accidentally set her up with, and how it had ended in the three of them together. He’d never manage the same thing with Dixon. Sure, they ran a business together. But share the same woman?

Spend night after night vying for her attention like they wooed potential clients and business partners?

  It would never work.

He exhaled and turned toward the front windows. Fields of corn stretched out across the road, the summer sun warming the earth and turning the green leaves almost golden in the morning light. He knew what it was like to be stuck in the middle. He couldn’t ask Harlow to be a part of that.
